Dr. Ballestas is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Emory University and a leading expert in voice care for world-class singers, artists, and speakers. Before surgery

All our patients are given a warm welcome upon arrival at the airport. After being transferred to the hotel located in the Del Mar Center medical complex, they have their first office visit with Dr. Ballestas. During the consultation, the doctor performs a pre-surgical assessment of the vocal cords via telelaryngoscopy.

Then, a speech-language pathology evaluation is carried out with our voice therapist, Dr. Rocio Cuello.
